Description
The City of Folly Beach seeks proposals for a Short-Term Rental Ordinance Study to evaluate the impacts of proposed ordinance amendments. The selected vendor will meet with City Council before and after the study to define amendments, establish data sources, and review findings. The project also includes consultation with City staff and review of the City’s short-term rental regulatory history.
