(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning, economic development, housing, preservation and real estate consulting services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA. – Establish an implementation framework for redevelopment after the removal of the ramp and restoration of the historic street grid while advancing the broader revitalization of this section. – The redevelopment Plan will establish a detailed framework for land use, housing, economic development and neighborhood stability within the area impacted by the removal of the flyover. – The plan will build upon previously identified recommendations, with particular emphasis on land use and zoning, housing development and affordability, neighborhood and economic stability, historic preservation, business and property development and implementation strategies that encourage private investment and economic growth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
