TRANSPORT-12003 - USA (Missouri) - Paratransit Overflow Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit overflow services to the government authority located in MO.– Provide a narrative describing your understanding of agency paratransit overflow service requirements and your proposed approach to delivering these services. Include:• Understanding of agency Call–A–Ride operations and the role of overflow services.• Approach to accepting and managing advance–scheduled and same–day trip assignments.• Ability to scale service during peak demand periods, service disruptions, vehicle shortages, or other operational constraints.• Approach to ensuring service continuity and minimizing missed trips.• Proposed implementation and transition plan, including timeline, staffing, and readiness activities.• Identification of potential service delivery risks and proposed mitigation strategies.– Operations, Fleet & Staffing Plan• Fleet composition, including the number and types of vehicles available for service.• Make clear the number of vehicles and drivers that can be committed to agency service on a routine basis and the maximum capacity that can be made available during periods of elevated demand.• Availability of agency–accessible vehicles and procedures for accommodating riders using wheelchairs and other mobility devices.• Dispatch and scheduling capabilities for both advance–scheduled and same–day trip requests.• Driver staffing plan, including the number of available drivers and supervisory personnel.• Vehicle maintenance and inspection program.• Procedures for ensuring adequate capacity during peak demand periods, service disruptions, and vehicle shortages.• Contingency plans for vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, severe weather, and other service interruptions.• Approach to ensuring on–time performance and minimizing missed trips.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
