REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Supply Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. Country: Belize Name of Project: Climate Resilient and Sustainable Agriculture Project (CRESAP) Contract Title: Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. Loan No.: 9347 BE RFB Reference No.: BZ-SIF-549036-NC-RFQ 1. This RFQ is for the procurement of non-consulting services. 2. The Government of Belize has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Climate Resilient and Sustainable Agriculture Project (CRESAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. 3. Belize Social Investment Fund now invites sealed Quotations from eligible Service Delivery Contractors for the procurement of Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Service Delivery Contractors as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Fraud and Corruption 5. The Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its prevailing sanctions policies and procedures as set forth in the WBG’s Sanctions Framework, as set forth in the attachment to the Contract Conditions (Attachment A). 6. In further pursuance of this policy, Service Delivery Contractors shall permit and shall cause their agents (where declared or not), subcontractors, subconsultants, service providers, Service Delivery Contractors, and personnel, to permit the Bank to inspect all accounts, records and other documents relating to the RFQ and contract performance (in the case of award), and to have them audited by auditors appointed by the Bank. 7. Service providers interested in receiving the completed Request for Quotation (RFQ) may obtain further information from Belize Social Investment Fund, Ms. Jahnina Reyes, at procurement.cresap@sifbelize.org . 8. A pre-quotation meeting will be held at SIRDI’s office on August 11th, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. 9. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before 3:00 p.m. on September 4th, 2026 .
