(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive prescription medication distribution system.• Providing a Comprehensive Prescription Medication Distribution System (Rx System) capable of pre–packaging and pre–labeling medication for student health facilities.– Technical Requirements Deliverables• The offeror must include student/patient education materials, digitally or physically, regarding Over the Counter (OTC) and prescription pharmaceuticals. • The offeror must communicate all updates to the universities in a timely manner when orders are placed. Notification of updates should be made in real–time via email • Packaging – Packaging services must include the following: – All printed medication labels must be printed in a clear, legible font (size 8 pt. or larger) to ensure easy readability of both patient and prescriber • The offeror must have a system in place to allow universities to request specific packaging and/or specific drug labeling. • Support – Offeror must provide technical and ordering support during business hours of Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm ET, which can include any of the following methods of contact: Live operator phone support via toll–free number. – Live chat support. – Email support with same–day response. – Expedited response for critical situations (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
