(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.– Sweep and mop the floor.– Clean all displays one time during each shift using a nonabrasive glass cleaner.– Empty the ashtrays one time each shift and as needed.– Clean the mirrors one time during each shift and as needed.– Clean the plate glass windows and the frames, inside and out, one time during each shift.– Dust and wipe the heater vents one time during each day.– Clean the Diaper Disposal receptacles.– Sweep and mop the floors one time during each twenty–four–hour period.– Clean sidewalks around the buildings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
