(1) Vendor needs to provide monument signs services.• Furnish & Install the Basis of Design: Stewart Signs Light Box Sign, monument sign with anchors to concrete.• Monumental Light Box Sign: Sign of hollow–light box configuration; with smooth, uniform surfaces and support assembly; with message and characters having uniform faces, sharp corners, and precisely formed lines and profiles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
