(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications cable maintenance services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA• Provide maintenance support to telecommunications voice and data circuits beyond the established demarcation sites.• Technicians shall wear uniforms bearing company logo with appropriate company identification badges that are easily recognizable• Technicians and their supervisors shall conduit themselves in a professional manner at all times(1) Designated routes(2) Parking regulations(3) Base vehicle speed limits(4) Automotive liability insurance(5) Excavation permits(6) Cell phone usage while on base(7) Base access requirements/regulations• The contractor shall identify a single point–of–contact for technical support.• The contractor shall describe in writing their trouble reporting and escalation procedure, including telephone numbers to be used in reporting troubles 24/7 and a single point–of–contact to serve as trouble management coordinator
