(1) Vendor needs to provide green infrastructure design and construction management services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Providing on–call architectural and engineering design and construction management services to the city for the new task–order contract for various projects.– Site–Specific Design: The selected consultant will create customized architectural designs, detailed bid documents, and site renderings for green infrastructure projects at sites.– Construction Contractor Bid Process: The selected consultant will assist throughout the bidding process including attending pre–bid meetings, addressing RFIs during the bidding period, and bid reviews.– Construction Management Support: The selected firm will provide ongoing oversight during the construction phase to ensure projects are executed in alignment with the approved design, budget, architectural renderings, and green infrastructure industry best practice.
