(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based E–Learning development and hosting course platform to design, configure, host, and maintain an online learning environment that will house the training materials developed.– Develop a user–friendly interface consistent with adult–learning principles.– Configure the course structure for two to three training days of content, up to six learning modules, and self–paced navigation.– Ensure compatibility with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– Structure content according to the agreed learning pathway.– Ensure all uploaded materials are accessible and downloadable where appropriate.– Create an online discussion forum where participants can share experiences, ask questions, exchange promising practices, and discuss application of learning in humanitarian settings.– Create a dedicated learner reflection section, including course journals, learning reflections, and experience–sharing spaces.– Develop an end–of–course feedback mechanism capturing learner satisfaction, relevance of content, suggestions for improvement, and intended application of learning
