(1) Vendor needs to provide As–needed and urgent or immediate language interpretation and translation services. A. On–Site (Face–to–Face) Translators/Interpreters– Offer on–site (face–to–face) American Sign Language (ASL) and multilingual interpretation services, ensuring availability twenty–four/seven (24/7).B. Remote Telephone Interpretations• Provide a single, toll–free number to access all services.• Provide conference–calling services and capabilities for interpreted calls.C. Video Remote Interpretations (VRI)• Provide access to all services via Teams, Zoom, or another digital platform.• Provide conference–calling services and capabilities for VRI.• The successful Respondent shall offer VRI–ASL, ensuring availability twenty–four/seven (24/7).D. Written Translation and Transcription– Shall translate various types of documents, and either live or prerecorded audio content in video and audio file formats, from English into requested language or from another language into English.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
