(1) Vendor needs to provide digital evidence management system.– Responsible for capturing, reviewing, storing, and sharing digital evidence in connection with investigations, digital forensics, records management, evidence handling, public records requests, and prosecution support activities.– Digital evidence management system is a foundational operational and compliance capability for maintaining lawful evidence handling, evidentiary integrity, public transparency, and organizational credibility across these functions.– Solutions capable of supporting centralized digital evidence intake, storage, management, sharing, retention, legal hold, immutable audit trails, and chain–of–custody controls across the agency.– Solution's approach to chain–of–custody tracking, immutable audit logging, metadata and categorization standards, evidence hashing and integrity validation, retention and legal hold enforcement, redaction, and case package production.– Solution supports playback and viewing of original media given the likely presence of multiple proprietary source formats.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
