(1) Vendor needs to provide mulching and disposal services for vegetative waste to the government authority located in St. Cloud, FL. 1. Loose yard debris and grass clippings2. Brush, limb debris, and tree trimmings3. Fibrous materials including palm fronds4. Heavy woody debris, logs, and stumps– Material Staging & Sorting: Upon arrival at the 3–acre Peghorn Way site, incoming clean vegetative waste is inspected and staged to optimize processing efficiency and prevent cross–contamination. Heavy logs/stumps are segregated for size reduction– Screening & Quality Control: Mulch is screened as necessary to ensure a consistent, clean end product free of oversized debris– Industrial Grinder: High–horsepower primary grinding unit optimized for palm fronds, brush, and tree stumps, etc., or equivalent.– Wheel Loader / Excavator with Grapple: For efficient material handling, pile management, and grinder feeding, etc., or equivalent.– Dust Suppression Equipment: Mobile water truck/trailer equipped with high–pressure misting systems, etc., or equivalent.– Self–Loading Heavy Haul Trailers / Walking Floor Trailers: For high–volume off–site transport of finished mulch and yard debris, etc., or equivalent(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
