(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning assessment and advisory solution.– Provide a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) assessment.– Current–state ERP ecosystem and technical assessment.– Provide actionable, data–driven recommendations regarding optimization, consolidation, upgrade, cloud migration, or replacement.– Develop a future–state vision for ERP capabilities that support scalability, innovation, and improved user experience.– Reporting, analytics, data architecture, data integration, and data–quality assessment.– End–to–end business–process review and capability assessment.– Future–state options analysis, ERP strategy, and dependency–based roadmap.– Organizational readiness, governance, change enablement, and implementation preparation.– ERP development support, including security, privacy, accessibility, auditability, HIPAA, FERPA, and research–compliance requirements.– Engagement is to evaluate the current ERP landscape, define future–state requirements, and develop a strategic roadmap for modernization that aligns with institutional goals, operational scale, and regulatory obligations.– Identify ERP data feed and data integration requirements necessary to support enterprise reporting and analytics functionality.(2) Deadline for intent to bid must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
