(1) Vendor needs to provide total station system to the government authority located in Iowa.• Provide an intuitive user interface that supports effective teaching of fundamental surveying concepts and procedures.• Include an integrated, large–format onboard display and data collection interface that eliminates the need for a separate external data collector.• Be designed and manufactured to withstand years of frequent student use within an academic environment.• Be supported by an authorized U.S.–based dealer network capable of providing calibration, maintenance, technical support, repairs, and warranty services.• Entry–level or lower–tier instruments that may lack the durability, reliability, functionality, service support, or growth potential necessary for a long–term academic program.• Systems requiring separate external data collectors for routine operation, as such configurations can increase instructional complexity and divert attention from core surveying competencies.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
