(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site desktop support services to the government authority located in Binghamton, NY. – Provide one to three individuals for a minimum of one full–time (40 hours/week) individual to work alongside agency computer hardware technicians to assist them with the day–to–day support of the agency’s PCs, tablets and other peripherals in use by agency employees. • Provide onsite support of various pieces of hardware and software used by agency employees including installation, maintenance and problem resolution.• Imaging and deploying new equipment• Problem determination and resolution• Asset Inventory Control• Desktop Software Support• Helpdesk Coverage• Coordinate with other teams for services such as cabling and system changes needed to complete an assignment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
