ASM-2682 - USA (Montana) - Fiscal and Asset Management Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal and asset management services to the government authority located in Montana. • Provide cost accounting services as well as asset management services on a contractual basis. – Responsible for:• Maintain an update version for the Transportation team of the overall obligation plan for all Funding sources and projects.• Audit timecards and prepare Timesheets for all staff in accordance with the policies and procedures• Reconcile and prepare all Vendor transactions for processing• Manage and maintain accurate records of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment, vehicles, and inventory.• Track inventory, costs, movement, and disposition of inactive and obsolete assets.• Develop comprehensive asset management plans for all assets, including assessments for renewals, replacements, new purchases, or disposals.• Provide recommendations to senior management regarding asset disposition and disposal procedures.• Manage the maintenance budget for physical assets.• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans.
