(1) Vendor needs to provide construction materials services to the government authority located in Lee's Summit, MO.– Provide the finish grade prior to any contract work, with the exception of the asphalt patch work. – Recycled Asphalt. Type 5 base may contain up to 50% recycled material and Type 5–01 surface or finish course may contain up to 30% recycled material.– Asphalt overlay of existing services shall include all preparation and installation of surface materials.– Asphalt patching: All prices shall include tack preparation prior to installation and rolling of asphalt.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
