(1) Vendor needs to provide site preparation and construction services to the government authority located in Newton, NC.– The project generally consists of site preparation and construction of an approximately 2,020 square foot metal frame building to be used by the agency’s on–site operators.– Furnish all labour, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to install and complete installation of potable water lines and appurtenances in accordance with the plans. – All pipeline and appurtenance excavation, bedding, pipe laying, jointing and coupling of pipe joints and backfilling shall be completed as described herein.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
