(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours janitorial services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Clean plexiglass using clean microfiber cloths and a neutral cleaner appropriate for use on plexiglass– Disinfect plexiglass using a disinfectant that does not contain alcohols (e.g., ethanol or isopropanol), solvents (e.g., acetone), or ammonia–based compounds (e.g., ammonia, quaternary ammonium–based chemicals).– Clean and disinfect interior and exterior of portable handwashing sinks. Use non–abrasive tools and chemicals for cleaning and disinfecting.– Clean and disinfect all fixtures, including but not limited to, handles, doorknobs, levers, faucets, water closets, toilet seats and lids, urinals, washbasins, receptacles (waste and sanitary napkin), and dispensers.– Clean and disinfect surfaces, including but not limited to, sinks, counters, changing tables, windowsills, ledges, stall dividers, wall surfaces, and doors (both sides).– Rooms (including, but not limited to, the public lobby, employee work area, file rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, hallways, patio, break areas, and any other rooms).– Clean and disinfect microwave, refrigerator, drinking fountains (including underneath, front, and sides), sinks, and break room tables and counters.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 24, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
