DRA-11195 - USA (San Diego, California) - Pavement Condition Assessment Service - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement condition assessment service to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Perform a citywide pavement condition assessment and provide updated street network pavement condition data for the agency’s Pavement Management System (PMS). – Provide semi–automated/automated Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and upload of sample data to Cartegraph OMS (the agency’s current pavement management system) or any successor pavement management platform designated by the agency for approximately 3056 centerline miles of pavement, representing approximately 7016 lane miles.– Consultant will assess the pavement conditions of approximately 7016 lane miles throughout the agency.– Consultant to validate and update current lane–count as part of this assessment.– Develop a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) plan to ensure consistency and accuracy of the data collection.– Update the agency’s pavement management system with the data collected from the semiautomated/ automated inspection including distress sample data.– Review and audit the data presented to agency to ensure accuracy.– Prepare a final summary report.  – Prepare a deterioration curve for each functional classification and pavement classification upload into Cartegraph OMS.– Provide video footage for pavement assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) An online non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026.
