(1) Vendor needs to provide custom signs and related services.1. Name plate construction:– Matte acrylic front plate measuring 4 inches high by 7 inches wide, with beveled edges.– Three coats of paint applied to the back of the front plate.– Back plate in the selected color.– Clear strip for changeable copy.– ADA–compliant tactile lettering.2. Black name plates:– Black painted acrylic front plate with a black PVC back plate.3. Colored PVC name plates:– Front plate shall match the PVC back plate color. Available back plate colors shall include red, dark yellow, light blue, light grey, dark grey, black, and white.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
