MRB-56194 - USA (California) - Special Event Rides and Attractions Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special event rides and attractions service.    – To provide rides and inflatables for community events.    – Provide carnival–style rides and/or inflatable attractions/jumpers needed for each event.        – Events are held downtown and in community parks.– Reservation of 10 to 15 total rides and attractions for the annual hometown Days event representing a mix of both carnival–style and inflatable options – Reservation of 3 to 5 total rides and attractions for the annual Night of Holiday Lights event. – Delivery, setup, supervision/staffing, and removal of all supplies to the locations provided in advance of the scheduled events. – Consultation with parks and Recreation Department with regard to recommendations for each event if more/fewer items may be needed in relation to expected attendance. (2) The contract period will be five years.
