(1) Vendor needs to provide ServiceNow professional services.1. Platform maintenance and support:– Application support: Ongoing administration and troubleshooting for implemented modules, including but not limited to ITSM, PPM, ITAM, service portal, CMDB, MID server and ServiceNow agent mobile application.2. Platform upgrades and patching:– Upgrade planning and readiness assessment.– Review release notes, skipped changes, customizations, integrations, and potential impacts.– Sub–production instance cloning and preparation.– Upgrade execution and remediation.– Production deployment and go–live support.– Post–upgrade validation and issue resolution.3. Enhancements and digital transformation:– Continuous improvement: Designing and deploying functional enhancements to existing modules based on stakeholder feedback.– New application development: Scoping, designing, implementing, documentation, training, knowledge transfer and governance new ServiceNow applications or store apps as business requirements evolve.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
