(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste collection and disposal services to the government authority located in Waco, TX.• Waste collection and disposal contractors to enter into a solid waste disposal agreement.• The contractor shall self–perform 100 percent of the solid waste collection and disposal services• The use of subcontractors, brokers, independent haulers, dispatch services, or other third–party entities to perform any portion of these services is prohibited.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
