RFP# RS-24-56 Pump Room Plumbing System Upgrades

The Town of Davie is seeking proposals for the replacement of all valves and collars installed as part of the pool plumbing system to include all backwash and priority valves and necessary components and piping at the Pine Island Fitness and Aquatic Center. The project will also consist of replacing the sand filtration media with a glass pool filtration media. The existing system requires an upgrade to ensure efficient and reliable water flow and treatment. This project involves replacing various valves that are plumbed from a 40 HP pump, incorporating various sizes of PVC pipes, and integrating with existing filtration vessels, heating, and chlorination systems. All materials proposed and selected must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer and Florida Department of Health specifications. The estimated budget for this project is 200,000.
