EXTRA-74780 - USA (Atlantic, New Jersey) - Conditions Assessment and Design Development Documents Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide conditions assessment and design development documents service to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Historic preservation consultant and architect who meets appropriate federal professional qualification requirements.– Conditions assessment report the selected architect consultant will perform a conditions’ assessment of the elements of the fire station structure prior to preparing design documents for rehabilitation of the building according to the city’s program for use.– Design development documents the selected consultant will meet with the city and fire officials to understand the requirements for rehabilitation of the interior of each fire station. – Construction estimate the selected consultant shall have an independent estimator analyze the design development documents and produce an estimate of the construction cost.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20,2026.
