(1) Vendor needs to provide owner representative project manager services for the airport terminal expansion and modernization program and related enabling projects, including the packaged chiller building to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL.– The consultant will serve as the Airport's trusted advisor, ensuring that project objectives related to safety, operational continuity, passenger experience, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance are achieved while minimizing impacts to ongoing airport operations.– RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
