Vendor needs to provide mobile LiDAR data collection service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Mobile LiDAR combines the use of laser scanners, global navigation satellite systems and an inertial measurement system mounted on a vehicle. – The mobile LiDAR data collection will need to minimize impact to traffic and needs to be performed at posted agency highway speeds.• The following data must be submitted to agency:– 1500 feet of mobile lidar data collected on a multi–lane divided highway with at least one scan per lane.– Each pass of the LiDAR data must be attributed a unique point source ID.– LiDAR point cloud registered to survey control.– Geo–referenced digital imagery or video for the project.
