(1) Vendor needs to provide housing assistance payment reconciliation and recovery services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.– provide comprehensive financial, compliance, and operational support to: – Identify and reconcile subsidy discrepancies.– Validate eligibility and payment accuracy.– Prepare audit–ready documentation.– Coordinate corrective actions.– Housing assistance payment reconciliation and financial analysis: the proposer shall:– Compare submitted subsidy data to actual housing assistance payment disbursements.– Identify omitted, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate payments.– Quantify unrecovered housing assistance payment balances by property and period.– Prepare reconciliation schedules and variance analyses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
