(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic audit software.– Electronic Audit Software solution must support the comprehensive execution and management of tasks throughout the audit engagement life cycle– Solution that includes:• Ongoing maintenance and support• Providing all on–site services and off–site services necessary to install the Electronic Audit Software.  • Providing training to State of Illinois employees for the use and operation of the software.• Provide software documentation and instructions to the state Information Technology staff for use in the event of an application failure so the software can be restored.• User management and access control: securely manage user roles and access rights (e.g., read–only, preparer, reviewer, administrator), ensuring appropriate permissions for each user role, such as auditor, supervisor, manager, and audit executive• Integration with State Systems: The solution should seamlessly integrate with the state Single Sign–On (SSO) platform, such as Okta, to ensure smooth user authentication and access management.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
