(1) Vendor needs to provide real property data collection services to the government authority located in UT. – Provide real property data collection assignments for the agency. – Services may include field verification, measurements, photographs, sketches, review of property records, and accurate entry of completed work into designated agency systems. • Field verification: Visit designated properties and verify observable property characteristics, improvements, construction status, condition, functional design, dimensions, and other assignment specific information.• Measurements and sketches: Take measurements and prepare or update sketches in the format and software specified for the assignment.• Photographic documentation: Capture clear photographs sufficient to support the collected information and upload them using required naming and file standards.• Record review and data entry: Review available property information and enter verified data into theagency–designated system with complete parcel references and supporting documentation.• Quality control: Review each submission for completeness and accuracy, correct identified deficiencies, and resubmit within the correction period stated in the assignment.• Public interaction: Interact professionally with property owners or occupants when contact is necessary, accurately identify the contractor's role, and avoid making valuation determinations or commitments on behalf of the agency.• Assignment–specific services: Perform other property data collection services expressly described in anaccepted written assignment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
