Description
The School District of Clay County is seeking proposals for the installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of a new OS2 Single-mode fiber optic backbone Corning or equivalent to replace existing legacy multimode infrastructure at Shadowlawn Elementary School. The objective is to provide high-speed, reliable 10G capable connectivity between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and all Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDFs) across the campus. Please carefully review the attached RFP for the scope of work, specifications, requirements, and important dates pertaining to this solicitation. **Please note: Mandatory Site Survey: Distances provided in this RFP are estimates based on optical measurements. Bidders are required to perform a mandatory site walk to independently verify conduit capacity, exact pathway routing, vertical rises, and routing distances prior to submitting a bid. Please refer to the attached RFP for instructions on scheduling a site visit.
