(1) Vendor needs to provide self–service loyalty enrollment and player card printing kiosks installation services to the government authority located in Hauppauge, NY. – Provide, install, integrate, test, train, warrant, maintain, and support six (6) self–service loyalty enrollment and player card printing kiosks for use at agency.– The selected solution must be provided as a complete turnkey system, including all hardware, software, licenses, interfaces, cameras, identification scanners, card printers, card encoders, kiosk enclosures, installation, configuration, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, support and documentation.• Quantity:– Six (6) fully operational production kiosks.– All hardware and software required for each kiosk.– All licenses and interfaces required for full functionality.• General functional requirements:– New loyalty account enrollment.– Existing player account lookup.– Duplicate account detection and prevention.– Player information verification.– Approved player information updates.– New player card printing.– Replacement player card printing.– Five–tier player card printing.– Multi–state driver license and identification card scanning.• ATI/aristocrat integration: The proposed solution must fully integrate with the agency’s existing ATI/Aristocrat player tracking system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
