Potential Disposition of the City’s 2 adjacent parcels of property located near the SW corner of intersection W 7th Ave and N Highland Ave in TPA Heights Riverfront Community Redevelopment Area

Proposers responding to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) No. 25-P-00068, Potential Disposition of the City’s interest in two (2) adjacent parcels of real property located at or near the southwest (SW) corner of the intersection of West 7 th Avenue and North Highland Avenue in the Tampa Heights Riverfront Community Redevelopment Area (the former City of Tampa Cable TV Office Building and Adjacent Strip of Land), must complete the items requested and answer the questions posed in this RFP package. Proposers may propose to acquire the City’s interest (if any) in either one of the two parcels or both of them. However, SEPARATE PROPOSALS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH PARCEL and the submitted proposal(s) must clearly identify which of the Parcel(s) is subject to the Proposal (“Cable Office Building” or “Adjacent Strip”).
