(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consultant services to the government authority located in Cambridge, MA.• The consultant will focus on the financing of a potential social housing program, providing detailed financial analysis of different social housing program models suggested by the task force.• The consultant will develop pro–forma models detailing development costs, public and private sources of construction and permanent funding, and operational viability of various publicly supported, mixed income social housing prototypes developed on city–owned land.• Present findings on the affordability mix, funding sources, financing strategies of existing social housing programs.• Assess public, private and philanthropic sources of funding requirements based on the scale of potential projects.• Recommend financing strategies as well as program policies to and enhance the financial feasibility of potential projects.• Develop presentations for the task force outlining potential costs, funding sources, risks, opportunities, and how different program options impact the amount of local funding required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
