(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial science and consulting services for the integrated health partnership program to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Legislative and Policy InitiativesThe Legislature or may investigate program eligibility or benefit changes from time to time that will have an impact on the payment model. Duties potentially involved under this specialty include defining the data needed and methodological approach to assess the impact, and developing adjustments in the model. Ability to respond quickly to requests is a key aspect of these duties– Target Developmenta. Develop and document methodology for determining the expected cost trend based on current methodologies, identify key cost trends to be included in calculations.b. Perform analysis necessary for development of individual targets, including but not limited to: member attribution algorithms, relative risk for attributed member populations, and claim cost for attributed members.
