Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide bullying, harassment and sexual harassment training services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Set out the full training architecture across the institute, including what all staff need to know, what managers need to be able to do, what new starters must complete, and how agency will reinforce and refresh learning over time.• Develop practical, staff–centred content that helps learners recognize inappropriate conduct, apply judgment, understand reporting options, respond safely as bystanders or managers, and trust that concerns will be handled fairly. Scenarios should show how agency values apply in everyday situations, including moments involving power, hierarchy, feedback, disagreement, exclusion, retaliation risk or cross–cultural misunderstanding. • Develop the agreed training products in formats suitable for agency LMS and delivery model, with an inclusive, accessible and engaging learner experience. • Rollout plan, communications inputs, administrator guidance, completion tracking recommendations, manager briefing materials, launch checklist, and any recommended reinforcement activities after launch.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
