(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression systems to the government authority located in Worcester, MA.– Sprinkler Systems, Standpipe Systems, Fire Pump, – Systems Covered- Wet sprinkler systems (majority of WPS buildings)- Dry sprinkler systems (common in older wings, attics, and loading docks)- Pre‑action systems (if present in IT/server rooms)- Antifreeze loops (limited locations)- All valves, risers, gauges, alarm devices– Annual Inspection & Testing- Full annual inspection- Main drain tests for each riser- Valve operation and tagging- Dry system low‑point drain inspection- Antifreeze solution testing (if applicable)– Three‑Year Testing- Full trip testing of dry systems- Internal pipe inspection (representative sampling)
