(1) Vendor needs to provide course guide printing and mailing service to the government authority located in Reno, NV.• The vendor shall provide complete printing and mailing services for the EPIC course guide project, including:• Prepress/file preparation as required.• Printing and finishing of course guides.• Preparation of mailing pieces for agency delivery.• Processing of client–provided mailing data.• Application of addresses and postal indicia as applicable.• Presorting and preparation for the applicable agency mailing rate.• Delivery of mailed pieces to the United States Postal Service.• Delivery/shipment of any non–mailed course guides to the agency office.• EPIC Spring 2027 Course Guide– QUANTITY: 35,000– SIZE: 8.25 x 10.5”– STOCK: 50# Gloss Text (Web printed or equivalent) INK: 4–color– PAGES: 32 Pages, Self–Cover BINDERY: Saddle Stitched on Long Side– MAILING: Of the 35,000 printed, approximately 30,000 will be mailed to students and addresses provided by agency EPIC in addition to selected carrier routes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
