(1) Vendor needs to provide survey and analyse behaviours, attitudes, messaging, feasibility polling service to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.• Agency seeks a polling company to survey and analyse behaviours, attitudes, messaging, feasibility and opportunities for sugary drink reduction policy strategies in 1–2 Boulder County municipalities. – Scope of Activities:• Collaborate with agency staff to discuss objectives, create timeline, and develop questionnaire• Propose sample size with agency before execution• Use hybrid methodology where half of respondents will be contacted by a live phone interviewer and half contacted by text–to–online adhering to the timeline laid out and agreed upon in project meetings.• Conduct polling and perform data analysis of findings. Contractor will use rigorous sample selection and data collection managed to the highest standards.• Provide final presentation of findings and recommendations• All activities completed and invoices submitted to agency by December 15, 2026(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
