(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Milton, FL. – Pre–construction services:– Provide input on design documents to ensure constructability, cost–effectiveness, and adherence to project requirements.– Develop a detailed project schedule, including milestones and critical path activities.– Prepare and update cost estimates at various stages of design development.– Construction services:– Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including subcontractor selection and oversight.– Maintain a safe and secure job site, implementing appropriate safety protocols and procedures.– Conduct regular progress meetings with the County, design team, and other stakeholders.– Post–construction services:– Coordinate final inspections and obtain necessary certifications and approvals.– Prepare and submit as–built drawings and other project documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
