Vendor needs to provide event management services.• Overall event management, production planning, project coordination and supplier management.• Creative design, spatial planning, branding and build and breakdown requirements for the workshop venue.• Proposal, sourcing and management of venues for the buyer welcome night, buyer farewell dinner, including associated design, catering and entertainment requirements.• Accommodation sourcing, in close proximity to the event location in Killarney, and management for approximately 900 buyer bed nights, including rooming lists, hotel liaison and issue resolution.• Catering planning and management across the workshop and all associated evening events.• Transport planning and delivery, including buyer transfers from arrival airports, movement between hotels and venues, and transport requirements for evening events.• Signage, wayfinding and branding solutions, with a focus on minimising print and maximising digital and reusable solutions where appropriate.• AV, technical production and on–site operational support across the workshop and associated events.• Risk management, contingency planning, health and safety coordination and event–day operational control.
