(1) Vendor needs to provide parking study consulting services to the government authority located in Miramar, FL. – Consultant will evaluate current parking utilization and occupancy needs, assess the feasibility of implementing a paid parking program, and analyze the operational requirements, potential revenue generation, and broader community benefits for both on–street and off–street parking assets.– Conduct a comprehensive parking study.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
