(1) Vendor needs to provide technology and market assessment services to the government authority located in East Wenatchee, WA.– Consultant to evaluate the existing technology systems within the confluence technology center meeting center and develop recommendations for modernization as well as evaluate the current and future market demand for conference, meeting, and hybrid event space to help determine the appropriate level of investment and identify opportunities to increase utilization and revenue.– Assess, recommend, and cost AV systems, room control systems, hybrid meeting technology, wireless presentation systems, digital signage, room scheduling, recording and streaming capabilities, AI assisted meeting technologies, centralized monitoring and management systems, and AV–related infrastructure.– Conduct a market assessment to evaluate the long–term viability of the meeting center and identify opportunities to increase utilization.– User–friendly, plug–and–play systems that reduce staff intervention.– Scalable solutions for small, medium, and large meeting spaces (combined rooms).– Options for centralized management and monitoring of systems.
