(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management and loan servicing services to the government authority located in Washington, DC– Contractor will support loan and account administration, borrower billing and collections, financial reporting, interest and dividend calculations, compliance documentation, audit support, and ongoing monitoring of agency new market tax credit portfolio– Services are necessary to maintain accurate records, support timely financial transactions, reduce operational and compliance risks, and protect agency financial interests.– Loan Servicing for NMTC Portfolios– Set up and Maintenance of Institutional Information– Set up and Management of Loan Accounts(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
