Vendor needs to provide victim notification and administrative support service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Contractor shall be able to independently perform assigned job–related functions with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgement, and adhere to established policies, procedures, and performance standards.– These job–related functions include, but may not be limited to:• Enter data, maintain information, manipulate and define reports for specific tracking purposes (statistics, project status, etc.); may take the lead role in managing projects. Material may largely consist of sensitive information; requires use of judgment and discretion.• Assist in preparing and presenting recommendations for implementation of new or modified systems, work procedures, or organizational changes.• Assist in developing selected portions of reports that will be incorporated within an overall project for managers who require information for decision making and/or monitoring the status of their resources.• Develop, update, and track adherence to VSD standard operating procedures (SOPs) associated with victim notification processes and systems.• Analyze complex data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past performance; identify issues, provide alternative solutions, and resolve problems.• Utilize and process information from the FBI’s official record management system (Sentinel), DOJ’s Victim Notification System (VNS), and SharePoint Sites located on the classified and unclassified enclaves.• Establish effective liaison and operational contact with internal and external clients, using appropriate tact and discretion.• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests for assistance.
