The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Niger State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (NIGERAGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply and installation of solar power system to 175 selected Schools in Niger State. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
