Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims administration services.– Communicate individually or through meetings with the agency as to claims reporting procedures and requirements.– Provide the complete and competent handling of all reported claims.– Maintain a claim file for each reported claim and to preserve such records as required– Collect and provide in such frequency as is required by the agency such other information of claims, loss reserves, allocated claims expense and other relevant and necessary information as may be requested by the agency, its Safety Committee and Risk Manager.
