(1) Vendor needs to provide guided tours service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.  – Tour companies licensed by the ground transportation bureau to manage and operate all guided tours at city–owned and operated cemeteries.– Tour scheduling, frequency and group details– Tour operations– Reporting provide reporting measures for number of tours, number of guests, provide report auditing access, provide incident reports, provide annual operations reports marketing and visitor engagement.– Administrative partnership and communication– Safety, accessibility and property preservation– Tour content and narrative propose the type of tours offered.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on May 28,2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 4,2026.
